Marcenta is opening a mini bulk desk covering 1,000–3,000 DWT tonnage and is looking for a Ship Broker to build it from the ground up. You will fix and manage mini bulk vessels across short-sea and regional trades, working directly with owners, operators and cargo interests in a segment that rewards fast, hands-on brokers.

What you will do

  • Experience broking or chartering small/mini bulk or short-sea tonnage
  • An existing network of owners or operators in the 1,000–3,000 DWT range is a strong plus

Marcenta is looking for an AI Manager to own and grow our AI chartering desk: the AI-assisted layer that handles cargo, vessel, operations and finance enquiries around the clock before handing off to a human broker.
