The Operations Executive will support chartering activities by managing post-fixture operations and ensuring smooth execution of voyages.

Responsibilities
  • Handling voyage operations post-fixture
  • Coordinating with owners, agents, surveyors and terminals
  • Monitoring laytime, SOF and operational performance
  • Supporting demurrage and despatch calculations
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
  • Background in shipping or freight operations
  • Good understanding of charter party terms
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple voyages simultaneously
  • Fluent English
